Maybe this year's coaches are terrible at Coeburn. I don't know. You may have a legit complaint somewhere in there. But you guys have had a bad team retention problem for a long time it seems. And every year it's the same thing and then there are coaching changes and nothing really happens. It seems from an outsider looking in that the boys are probably all fired up in the preseason and then when it looks like they're not going to be a state championship contender, they jump ship instead of sticking it out and trying to improve for the next season. That seems to demonstrate a lack of work ethic. Not sure that's exactly the case, but that's how it seems.
